Who are we?
Telmedicin and entities that provide services are the controller of personal data collected through the www.telemedi.com website from its users.
For what purposes and on what grounds do we process your personal data?
● If during your visit on www.telemedi.com, you do not decide to set up an account on the website or contact us through the contact forms made available there, we do not process any of your information, except for your IP address. ● We may also process your personal data for marketing purposes. The legal ground for processing your data for this purpose is our legally justified interest, related to the need for promoting our services.
● Your personal data may also be processed with the purpose of establishing lines of defence and exercising claims. The legal ground for processing your data for this purpose is our legally justified interest which is to protect the rights of Telmedicin in any court and administrative proceedings.
How long do we store your personal data?
● If you decide to contact us your personal data submitted through the contact form it will be erased immediately after providing a solution to your request.
● If you decide to set up an account on the www.telemedi.com website we process your data for the time during which you use our services and – after you remove your account – for the period of limitation for claims related to your use of the website defined within the provisions of law.
● If you decide to use telemedicine services we process your data obtained while we provide the services for the period required to maintain medical records required by the provisions regulating the archiving of documentation. After this period runs the data will be erased.
● Your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes until you submit an objection to the processing of your personal data with this purpose and for as long as you have an account within our portal.
To whom may we disclose your personal data?
● We provide security for all of your personal data in our possession and we do not disclose any of this information to the third parties in cases other than those listed below, unless we obtain your written consent or unless the disclosure of personal data is necessary due to a legal obligation imposed on Telmedicin.
● We do not disclose your personal data to any entities outside of the European Economic Area unless proper standards of data protection are in place.

Please remember that your personal details collected in relation to using telemedicine services processed as part of your medical records must be stored for the duration of the period indicated in the provisions of the applicable act on patient rights . During that time we will not be able to execute your request for erasing this data.

If we process your data for the purpose of conducting direct marketing activity or we process your data in relation to a significant and justified interest of Telmedicin or any public interest, you have the right to object to this processing at any time. In such case, we will cease to process your personal data with the purpose of conducting direct marketing activities, but in other cases, it may turn out that other reasons exist which justify the processing of your data – then we are forced to reject your request. Profiling
We do not use any of the information which you submit with the purpose of automated decision making, including profiling.
